<p>Nuvation’s <span class="caps">IVS </span>PoE <span class="caps">DM6446</span> reference design converts analog <span class="caps">CCTV</span> camera audio/video into compressed Ethernet streams. Based on TI’s DaVinci™ <span class="caps">DM6446</span> with integrated <span class="caps">ARM926 MCU</span>, the Intelligent Video Streamer supports a wide variety of audio and video codecs as well as video analytics. The hardware is designed such that it can be used as a DaVinci™-based decoder as well. <span class="caps">IVS </span>PoE <span class="caps">DM6446</span> comes standard with Power-over-Ethernet, and can optionally run off the included 12V DC adapter.</p>
<p>The reference design features TI’s DaVinci™ <span class="caps">DM6446 DSP</span>, TI Digital Media Software audio and video codecs, embedded Linux, a browser <span class="caps">GUI</span>, and a compact mechanical enclosure.</p>
